Use the inquiry form with the street address, your role in the sale and a callback number. State whether you need an initial measurement, help after a higher result or review of a home with an existing mitigation system.
Give the inspection-response deadline and closing date as separate dates. Explain who can allow entry and whether the buyer, seller or agent is coordinating the visit. If another professional already tested the home, keep the full report available rather than sending only a number.

When is the appointment confirmed?
Sending a request does not reserve a test window. Confirm placement, retrieval and report arrangements with Air Sense before incorporating them into the transaction schedule. Let the occupants know that the testing instructions must be reviewed before the measurement starts.
